يدين الهجوم الإيراني الأخير على كوردستان ويصفه بالانتهاك الخطير

تابع المنتدى العراقي لمنظمات حقوق الإنسان مجريات الاستهدافات الأخيرة التي طاولت كوردستان التي كان آخرها القصف الصاروخي الإيراني الذي حدث في منطقة سكنية لمواطنين أبرياء في أربيل.. وكان من نتيجة كل تلك الأفعال غير المبررة، ضحايا وخسائر بشرية ومادية عادة ما وقعت بين الأبرياء العُزَّل..

وإذا كانت جريمة العدوان الأخيرة قد تابعت تبريراتها بذات الإيقاع الذي يعزف على وتر ذرائع واهية ولا وجود لها ميدانياً فعلياً، فإن ذاك الهجوم قد ذهب نحو التصعيد بالتدخل المباشر في إدارة ملف الصراع والتضاغط مع الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية على حساب الشعب وأبنائه واستقرار الأوضاع النسبي ومحاولة قيادة الإقليم تجنب الزج بها في أتون معارك مفتعلة بلا طائل..

إن تلك الجريمة العدوانية تقع تحت طائلة جريمة عدوان محكومة بالقانون الدولي والدور المباشر لكل من محكمة الجنايات الدولية ومحكمة العدل الدولية فضلا عن أهمية التوجه الحاسم نحو مجلس الأمن والمجتمع الدولي ليأخذا دوريهما في ردع التمادي الذي تكرر كثيراً على حساب السيادة العراقية وعلى حساب مصالح شعب كوردستان ومجمل الشعب العراقي فضلا عن وقوعه بخانة هز الاستقرار والأمن والسلم الدوليين نتيجة فعل التصعيد المباشر وطابع الأسلحة وحجم الهجوم..

إننا في المنتدى العراقي نطالب الجهات المسؤولة لتحمل مسؤولياتها بدءا في مخاطبة جهة الاعتداء وحسم الموقف في تماديها وتكرار أفعالها وتاليا في التعويض واستحصال الموقف الدولي الأممي في مطالبة المتسبب بتلكم الخسائر الفادحة بشريا وفي عرقلتها مسيرة التقدم والتعرض للأمن..

كما نطالب قوى الحركة الحقوقية ومنظماتها لوقفة أعلى صوتا في توحيد الكلمة ضد تلك الانتهاكات ومن وقف ويقف وراءها سواء من عناصر داخلية تعمل بالوكالة أم بالتدخلات المباشرة السافرة..

ولتعد كامل الحقوق العراقية وتندحر أشكال العدوان السافرة وليستتب الأمن والاستقرار وتنطلق مهام التنمية واستعادة الحقوق كاملة..

The Iraqi Forum for Human Rights Organizations condemns the recent Iranian attack on Kurdistan and the serious violation of Iraqi sovereignty.

The Iraqi Forum for Human Rights Organizations followed the course of the recent attacks on Kurdistan, the most recent of which was the Iranian missile bombing that occurred in a residential area of innocent citizens in Erbil on 16th January 2024. As a result of all these unjustified actions, human and material casualties and losses usually occurred among defenseless innocents.

If the latest crime of aggression has continued its justifications with the same rhythm that plays on weak pretexts that do not actually exist on the ground, then that attack has gone towards escalation through direct intervention in the management of the conflict file and tension with the United States of America at the expense of the people and their children, the relative stability of the region, and the attempt to destabilize the region and throwing it into the furnace of pointless contrived battles.

This aggressive crime falls under the crime of aggression governed by international law and the direct jurisdiction of both the International Criminal Court and the International Court of Justice. It also underlines the importance of decisively turning towards the Security Council and the international community to assume their role in deterring the persistence that has been repeated many times at the expense of Iraqi sovereignty and at the expense of the interests of the people of Kurdistan and the Iraqi people as whole, in addition to falling under the category of disturbing international stability, security and peace as a result of the direct escalation, the nature of the weapons and the scale of the attack.

We in the Iraqi Forum call on all responsible parties to assume their responsibilities, starting with addressing the aggressor and resolving the situation regarding its continuation and repetition of its actions, and then with compensation and obtaining an international stand in against the party responsible for these human losses and in obstructing the process of progress and endangering security of the region.

We also call on all national democratic forces and the human rights movement to stand up louder in uniting against these violations and those who stand behind them, whether from internal elements working by proxy or through blatant direct interventions.

May all Iraqi rights be restored, blatant forms of aggression be defeated, security and stability be established, and the tasks of development and full restoration of rights be launched.

We express solidarity with all Iraqi people including the people in Kurdistan and throughout federal Iraq
